Our keynote speakers will talk about "Candidate Experience and secure data management after the new EU GDPR law.” We are very excited to announce that KPMG Law will give a speech on “Collecting and handling applicant data compliant with the new data protection regulation”. **2018 is a year of change for recruiters.** The GDPR brings drastic changes and new challenges, and companies need to think more about their employer brand and candidate experience management in order to attract the most promising talents. What should be considered when dealing with sensitive applicant data? How can you convince candidates in the application process and how can you continuously increase the value of your employer brand? Which recruiting trends and current challenges face recruiters in the US? These and other questions will be answered by our keynote speakers at the Recruiter Congress, hosted by TFI GmbH / Talention with assistance of KPMG Law.
