We offer our customers excellent service and help them to find solutions. You can reach our Success Team via ticket system, e-mail or phone.
Every new user is important to us. In our intensive, three-month onboarding phase, we help you to understand and implement talent and topics such as analytics.
Your Success Manager will coordinate your goals with you in the onboarding phase. He will help you to achieve these goals by means of targeted training content.
We will award you with certificates. With these certificates you show that you are up to date in recruiting marketing.
Every quarter you will receive a Success Report from your Success Team. This contains an overview of your past campaigns and shows you optimisation potential.
Es finden regelmäßige Meetings zu Ihrem Fortschritt mit Ihrem Success Manager statt. Hier werden neue Potenziale aufgedeckt, neue Zielsetzungen für das kommende Quartal festgelegt und konkrete Umsetzungen besprochen.
You will be provided with a comprehensive learning environment from the first meeting with your Success Team. This includes detailed training and accompanying material that you can access at any time.
Your Success Team consists of a Success Manager (CSM) and a Customer Support Engineer (CSE). These contact persons support you during implementation phase and work with you to develop your recruiting strategy and technical implementation.
