Cpro INDUSTRY: Efforts and costs needed for the recruiting process reduced

As a long-standing SAP Gold Channel partner, the SAP consulting firm advises both mid-sized customers as well as major companies from sectors of the producing and processing metal and steel industry as well as in the plant and mechanical engineering industry. The Challenge
Cpro INDUSTRY aims to be perceived by its target group as a more interesting and more attractive employer. Reaching candidates who are not actively searching for a job in the SAP segment presents a key challenge. In addition to this, in-house administrative cost was high.
It was especially important for Cpro INDUSTRY to build up an attractive external appearance for candidates, to reduce its in-house administrative cost, and to gain an enhanced understanding of marketing activities by applying more in-depth analytics. For this purpose, a talent pool should be built up for future recruiting activities.
The Solution
Cpro INDUSTRY has bundled all recruitment marketing activities in Talention. Since the implementation of Talention, in-house administrative cost was reduced tremendously. Thanks to analytics, single marketing activities were able to be analyzed and evaluated. In this way, it was possible to better weigh measures which successfully deliver high quality in terms of candidates. In addition, Cpro INDUSTRY was able to quickly spur the build-up of its talent pool.
