Coroplast is an internationally active, family-run company. The successful cable plant has 6,000 employees. Coroplast produces at sites in the USA, Germany, Poland, Tunisia, China and Mexico. The company specializes in technical adhesive tapes, cables & wires, as well as cable assemblies.

For the major mid-sized company in B2B, recruitment marketing is a strategic task. Coroplast wants to be considered as an interesting and attractive employer for the target group. Until now, reaching candidates who are not actively searching for a job in the MINT segment presented Coroplast with a key challenge. In addition, a uniform and applicant-friendly process should be created.

The Solution

Thanks to Talention’s recruitment marketing software, Coroplast has succeeded in substantially increasing the number of applications received.

A state-of-the-art job portal for candidates was launched. Build-up of leads was driven forward and persons interested were contacted on a regular basis. Backed by analytics, measures which are successful and those which are not were identified.
